Before/After Hours Fee: $20
- If you do not see your preferred appointment time listed, please reach out to me via email/message and I will do my very best to accommodate you!

 

Refunds:
- If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let me know BEFORE you checkout to see if there is something we can work out.

Late Arrivals:
- There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

- First Late Arrival: Warning

- Second Late Arrival: Charged $25 late fee and you will need to reschedule your appointment.

- Third Late Arrival: Charged $50 late fee, the appointment will be canceled, and only able to book appointments after 3:30pm.

Last Minute Appointment Changes:
- Any last-minute appointment changes without a 1-day notice (24hrs) are subject to a fee of $25. First occurrence waived.

- If the card on file declines, an invoice will be emailed to you and no future appointment can be booked until the account is up to date and is in good-standing.
